"Some of your profile-specific game INI files were missing. I decided to try again and am now experiencing several errors that I don't know how to fix. I have used Mod Organizer 2 before months ago and I had no errors then, I was able to download several mods and they worked in-game until I had some conflicts and moved onto different games. Let me preface this by saying I am not good with computers, I usually rely on guides and without them I get confused easily.
